Fluent Vela High CBD Blend 4 to 1 Sublingual Drops – 600mg

$76.00

The cannabis blend for relief, with very little euphoria.

With a 4:1 CBD | THC ratio, Vela is generally considered a good introduction to cannabis as an adjunct therapy, containing four times the concentration of CBD relative to THC. With minimal THC, Vela produces very little psychoactivity/euphoria yet both cannabinoids work synergistically to increase its effectiveness.

Product Description

Tinctures are absorbed sublingually, so essential cannabinoids are absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Effects are delayed through the absorption process but are prolonged. The application is very discreet, with no odor.

Vela oil is to be administered orally. The starting dose is 2.5 mg twice daily (5 mg a day). Patients are recommended to initiate treatment on the evening of Day 1 with 2.5 mg. After 5-7 days, the dose can be gradually increased to 5 mg twice a day (10 mg a day).

Patients who are tolerating Vela at 5 mg twice daily and who may benefit from a dosage increase can be further titrated to a maximum recommended maintenance dosage of 10 mg twice daily (20 mg a day). This should be titrated over several weeks, as tolerated. Dosage should not be increased more frequently than every other day.
