Pretty relaxing mild , pretty nice but mild, did very little less then 1/2 inch long , wide as the tip of the syringe would let it out, when squeezed.. So I wanted to snack, ate shortbread cookies ,never before did I realize how good these Keebler Sanders cookies were so good, The one called 9 pound Hammer syringe I also tried ,now that one will keep you sitting down,you even need to warm up syringe to even work
