Charge the Trulieve Silver Button Battery. Plug the USB into an appropriate USB charging port. The device must fully charge for one (1) hour. Interrupting the charging process may result in a poor performing battery. The battery’s contact heads should be clear of debris.
To use with vaporizer cartridges; To use, remove the USB portion (store in the box provided for safekeeping) and screw the vape cartridge into the pen device. To turn the device on, press the silver button 5 times within 3 seconds. A light will flash when turned on. Holding the button down will illuminate the light and alert you the device is ready to use. Press and hold the button down to engage power and vaporize the cartridge for your recommended dose. NOTE: To change the temperature setting THREE (3) button clicks will select the variable voltage as follows: Red is 4.0 Volts, Blue is 3.8 Volts, Green is 3.6 Volts. The Green setting is recommended as it will prolong the battery life and reduce the heat used to vaporize the contents of the cartridge To turn the device off, press the silver button 5 times within 3 seconds.
To use with Trulieve TruClear Warmer: To use, remove the USB portion (store in the box provided for safekeeping) and screw the warming chamber into the pen device. To turn the device on, press the silver button 5 times within 3 seconds. A blue light will flash when turned on. Holding the button down will illuminate the blue light and alert you the device is ready to use.
Place the TruClear Syringe into the warmer tip side down with the cap on. The plunger should be sicking out of the warmer. Begin warming by pressing the silver button TWO (2) times to warm the contents of the TruClear Syringe. Simply let this cycle to the end (indicated by color cycling). You may need to repeat this step until your TruClear is warmed to your ability to push out of the syringe. To turn the device off, press the silver button 5 times within 3 seconds.

I’m very disappointed. I purchased the warmer and told it was all I needed but after I left I saw it was not all there, watched the video and found out I needed this item the silver battery to warm up the warmer in order to use the syringe quickly and now after 2 visits to Trulieve and 2 deliveries later and more parts that don’t work and after another call today find out you don’t carry this product which is ridiculous because that little warmer doesn’t warm itself up! Now I have $50.00 in unnecessary items and a lot of syringes and frustrated because you sold me half of a product that needed another half to even work!
If it were in stock I could tell you how it worked with the warmer!
