Out of 7 visits to the Lady Lake Trulieve dispensary. I only walked out with product 3 times. Had to wait 2 hours to be told “nothing for you. I will ESCORT you out now.” Horrible customer service once you get back where other customers can’t see. 1 out of 3 times I received product. They didn’t put a 900 mgs THC crumble in my bag. Yet they deducted it from my allowance. I walked right back in. They weren’t going to fix it. I luckily grabbed the sales person before he walked out the door. I thought this was isolated to this location. Trulieve contacted me to find out about my experience. I thought they would be embarrassed. Instead they stood behind their behavior.

I to have had problems with getting the flower but it’s only been available for a month or so and in time I think it will improve. I have never been in the store only ordered online and it’s been a challenge for sure. All I can say is patience patience and patience .

I have been going to trulieve in Pensacola from the day they open. The CO2 vape was the best till they allowed the Flower. The issue is they are always out of it. I was there last week and waiting 45 min and was number 12 in line and they were almost out already and had 50 people waiting. They are not keeping up with the supply and demand of the flower. It is expensive as well the OG is best to me.
They better get control, becsue a new dispensary company is coming to Pensacola this week I believe that well the flower. I got to check them out becasue I am tired of the poor management at the one on Davis. If it was a regular business sthey be shut down already. D rating. I have a BSBA plus 20 yeas army management and the Davis dispensary only cares about their money incoming . A patient should not have to wait 1 hour to see a salesperson then be told there is no flower left. It called poor distribution management folks. It sucks. Better call and ask because they will have you wait for over an hour and then tell you they are out. Its terrible. The HQ needs to vamp the place of it manager period. Trulieve

I’ve been reading all of these reviews, they are true. The products are way to expensive d
for those of us on fixed incomes.
I am 69 years old and have been using for50 years.
Curealeaf, at least gives you a20% percent
compassionate discount. Truleaf, will return a product if you are unhappy.
However for those of us in pain we are forced
    to pay these prices
I hate this trial and error business! I am a cancer
survivor with chronic pain. I need a vape or tincture that will take away pain. I don’t care about te Euphoric crap!,

way to high for a fixed income come on trulive fix this

  7. Jeff

I can’t believe the prices for bud. For my medicinal needs it is $530 per month. Should be against the law to rip off people in need of the product. Street sales will not be affected.

  8. Glenn

if Florida would just go ahead and step over the line and open it up the way they’re supposed to they would see the full value of the money that they’re going to receive and they will have no problems continuing on and bringing more and more products to the market because they will see the money that they will actually accumulate

  9. Randy

I like what Johnny said….visit my friend in the swamp. Lmao! But I know what he means. I got a guy around the corner. Every neighborhood, or swamp, has a guy. I certainly haven’t dropped my guy. Until the market gets straightened out and prices settle down, these stores will just be a playground for fun and convenient products. Also helps cover me if someone asks Are you high? Yep, got a doctor’s note right here. Wanna puff?

  10. David

    Product is way too expensive

  11. Johnny

Too expensive. I’ll stick with vaping concentrates, vaping shatter and using the various other ingestibles of various forms. Or visit my friend in the swamp

  12. Kevin

Prices are way to High bottom line .The street dealers sell for the same exact if not less
and there ATM is never out of order LOL
    Question ??
Who in the Department of Health Decides the current value of a ounce and what market
did they use to decide the curent market value of a ounce.

  13. Maryvanessa

Yes it’s depressing the prices for those of us who are sick, vets, disabled, we need the medication , but it’s not in reach for many, Truefkower only came down 2$ a package for flower , but out of stock I called yesterday, yes we have a delivery but not stocked yet call back tomorrow. Now the story is different they never got any in? Who knows

  14. Charlene

The prices are way to high for someone who is sick and unable to work.
I can go down the road and spend a lot less

  15. Karl

The Bubblegum flower is 43 per 1/8g = $344/oz. I don’t know anything about LA Confidental but Bubblegum is damn fine. I can tell u where I am in Fla it’s more than that. And it’s excellent. I was at TruLieve today and they said the $33 strain, I don’t remember the strain though. Updating my license this week.

  16. Eric

They have thousands of the ceramic cups they have to get rid of first before prices will go down and they sell more than just an eighth in a bag

  17. Eric

Very expensive considering product does not have to be so processed as it is when they have to put it in the ceramic cup so it should be cheaper and you should be able to buy a half ounce or an ounce not just an eighth of an ounce that’s crap

  18. Peter

    I am doing the math….3.5g = $53.
    28.35 g in a Oz so….
    $429 an Oz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OUCH!
