When ready for reaping, Harle-Tsu bares an aroma that’s sweet, earthy, and piney, with undertones of citrus. Its taste is quite similar and just as likable. Its buds are fluffy and grape-shaped with few orange pistils and lots of syrupy resin.
The THC level of this strain averages at less than 1%, while its CBD level averages between 20-24%. While this strain isn’t known to produce too many psychoactive effects, it is best known for its ability to relieve many sorts of pains and aches throughout the body. It can also help with inflammation and stress, often calming the mind and increasing focus without the normal sensations of feeling “high”.
Besides your normal dry mouth and eyes, Harle-Tsu can cause headaches if improper doses are consumed.

Terpenes
Terpene Profile
Terpenes are responsible for the aroma of cannabis plants. They also add to the therapeutic effects of the plant. Going by this strains lineage and the scents it gives off, this strain must have the following terpenes: caryophyllene, limonene, linalool and myrcene.
Caryophyllene
This terpene has a spicy cum pepperish scent. It is mostly found in spices such as black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, oregano, basil and rosemary. It is the only terpene that binds to cannabinoid receptors. It adds to the analgesic and anti inflammatory properties of Birthday cake. Recent research also suggests that Caryophyllene is also beneficial in treating alcohol withdrawal symptoms.
Limonene
This terpene’s scent is characteristic of the scent produced by citrus fruits. It has great stress relieving and mood elevating properties. It is easily absorbed through inhalation and improves the absorption of other terpenes through the skin. Because of this, it is usually added to cannabis infused skin balms.
Linalool
Linalool is responsible for the tropical scent in Birthday cake. Other than having such a beautiful smell this terpene adds to the stress relieving properties of Birthday Cake. Linalool also has anti seizure properties and may be used to suppress epilepsy.
Myrcene
Myrcene is the most abundant terp found in the cannabis plant, it is responsible for the earthy undertones of Birthday cake. It has shown great potential as an anti inflammatory agent.
